One Reach - God Loves You.  With His help and a positive attitude, your accomplishments can exceed your goals....

In 1999 at age 55, I had a massive hemorrhagic stroke and have been trying to achieve a satisfactory recovery ever since.  I am right handed and consider myself fortunate that my stroke only affected my left side.  However, single handed living  in a two handed world is still a challenge.

Single handed living has forced me to find adaptations and substitutions for continued independence and active living. Because there are over four million stroke survivors in the U.S., I want to share some of these ideas  with other stroke survivors and  I hope the following photos and videos will inspire other stroke survivors to continue to be active and to re-establish an enjoyable lifestyle.
The United States Marine Corp teaches its recruits a positive attitude that is the perfect attitude for the success of someone facing a major challenge in life.   That phrase is: ADAPT, IMPROVISE, AND OVERCOME.   Learn it and live it.
